Hechang Technology (International) Co., Ltd. and Hechang Industrial (Dongguan) Co., Ltd. currently employ 500 people and are specialized manufacturers of precision‑machined high‑precision die‑cast aluminum and zinc alloy components, as well as metal parts. Our product range and applications encompass power tools, telecommunications, security systems, premium home appliances, new energy equipment, automotive components, optical and audio devices, heat sinks, and a wide variety of industrial assembly parts.
Our company boasts an extensive array of state-of-the-art CNC production machine tools and supporting inspection equipment, enabling us to seamlessly handle the entire manufacturing process—from mold development and die casting, through machining and surface treatment, to testing and quality inspection.
During production, each process is monitored and inspected in accordance with internationally recognized standards, ensuring that all products meet our customers’ stringent quality requirements.
Our company has been awarded ISO 9001:2015 and IATF 16949 quality system certifications by globally recognized organizations. Quality control and testing are rigorously conducted by dedicated, qualified personnel in accordance with international standards, ensuring that our products meet global specifications. In addition, we can assist customers in developing new products.
Development History
- Our company was established in 1984, specializing in die-casting and precision machining of aluminum alloy components for computer hard‑drive actuator arms. In 1992, it became one of the subsidiaries under Santai Industrial Co., Ltd., which is part of the “Shouchang Technology Group Co., Ltd.” Due to group‑wide strategic considerations, the company separated from the group in July 2010 and became an independent, wholly owned Hong Kong‑based enterprise.
- In 2003, the company’s manufacturing operations transitioned to die-casting and precision machining of various zinc- and aluminum‑alloy components. Its product applications span electric tools, high‑end household appliances, communication systems, electronic motor parts, medical devices, new energy technologies, automotive components, and more.
- To meet product requirements, additional post‑processing operations have been developed, including polishing, coating, powder coating, anodizing, and electroless nickel plating.
- To meet the market demand in mainland China, our group established a wholly owned subsidiary, Hechang Industrial (Dongguan) Co., Ltd., in October 2008, enabling us to pursue both export and domestic sales.
- In response to market demand, our company obtained the IATF 16949 certification for its automotive quality management system in September 2023.
